Start, Assemble... Fight?
A downloadable game for Windows
Assemble the limbs, torso and head of your monstrosity, which do have different functions depending what you choose and where you put it
Move: WASD, use mouse movement to look
Dev's note: only three parts so far have functions, just to showcase the variation of different designs of monstrosities. In future development (should that happen) this can be expanded upon to allow more creations.
Tiger head: 'fireball' mechanic (ranged) [Q]
Right arm: punch mechanic (close combat) [F]
Left leg: air boost mechanic [E]
Bugs: the fighting interactions don't quite work as they should, but the actions are visible, showcasing the abilities of the assembled creatures.
Disclaimer: I don't know much about coding at all, so I did use LLM's like Claude to help me out there. Other than that, this entire project is handmade, with some external free to use assets from e.g. Fab used.
Made for Game Design portfolio at CMGT, Saxion year 1.
